More deserted roadside reststops

Drivers might still believe they could pull off and get low-priced gas and something to eat

The route 15 interstate in-between Los Angeles and Las Vegas used to be the home for many thriving rest stops.

Such is the state of the economy that when these places went belly up, that was it. The buildings just remained in place, without even bothering to post a "closed" sign.

Okay, it's a little creepy, but I find a morbid fascination with pulling over and taking a look.

Join me on my journey, knowing that if indeed there is a "Breaking Bad" type operation within these walls, no one came out to greet me on my visit.
